Forgiveness is key in any relationship, and at multiple points in one’s life. Sometimes you have to forgive someone who forgot your birthday, someone who broke your heart, or someone who falls victim to their own mind.
Let’s talk about sleep.
I was noticing that my sleep has been disrupted on a daily basis over the course of the last week. I thought maybe I was anxious about my job search, cleaning, money, issues with a friend, or any of my countless daily concerns. But I was reading today that the sudden removal of alcohol can result in disrupted sleep.
While waiting for The Man to finish working out and we head to Brooklyn Bagel for breakfast (In NYC “breakfast” is perfect acceptable at 1pm), here is my Sunday Edition of Six-Word Stories compiled during the course of the last week.
