The flowers used to be plentiful, and full of color and life. They seemed to radiate an energy that made the valley magical. Your heart was electric.
Butterflies and deer, groundhogs and hawks used to find sustenance in your raging waters and plush fields. The river now trickles, and the fields have all burned up. Lightness, grace, depth, and power have all gone from this place. The air has grown still and quiet.
